The Deed of Settlement was passed into law on September 9, 2015 after a successful reading (download the Deed of Settlement here).

The Deed of Settlement (DOS), ratification booklet and PSGE documents can be viewed or downloaded as PDFs from this page. They are also available at the Ngāti Kuri Trust Board office, or Te Puni Kokiri regional offices in Kaitāia, Whangārei and Auckland as well as on the Office of Treaty Settlements website www.ots.govt.nz
